The British 10k 2008
Item Posted: 6th July 2008

On 6th July 2008 a team of 38 React supporters took part in the seventh annual British 10K London Run.
They ran through the heart of historic London, from Hyde Park Corner to St Paul's Cathedral, to make a difference to the lives of children with potentially terminal illnesses living in financially disadvantaged families throughout the UK.
All of React's participants finished in impressive times especially as the day saw temperatures rise followed by heavy rain. Add to this being surrounded by thousands of other runners and dressed in bear outfits (Simon & Alex), React thinks our record number of runners did amazingly well!
React would like to thank all of their 38 React runners and everyone who has sponsored them to date.
Special thanks must go to Athena Medical PR team for entering a team for the second year in a row and also to Mick Webster, Rebecca Webster and Tara Breheny for participating for their 3rd consecutive year...thank you!
