Grena Road Day Nursery

React is delighted to receive the support of local playschool Grena Road Day Nursery (www.grenaroaddaynursery.com)

Based just a few yards away from the React Office in Richmond, Grena Road Day Nursery has been busily thinking up imaginative ways to raise money for React.

Most recently, the children spent a week creating drawings on A4-sized canvases. Parents were encouraged to bid for their child's picture and those who were unable to attend sent in donations. This creative event raised a staggering £350 for React.

The nursery also held a Halloween Tea party in aid of React and continue to participate in activities which raise much needed funds for terminally ill children throughout the UK.

Michelle Elliott, Business Manager at Grena Road Day Nursery and Preschool said:
"The artwork produced by the children was fantastic and the generous support of the parents' ensured the event was a great success. We look forward to holding more events like this in the near future."

React would like to thank Genna, Michelle and all at Grena Road Day Nursery for their continued commitment to our work. Their support really does make a real and visible difference to the lives of terminally ill children – thank you!
