What are the benefits of volunteering?Holding a fundraising event is a great way to catch up with friends or meet new ones in a fun environment for a great cause.
Why not gain some skills and experience in the field of fundraising and voluntary managing volunteers.
There are many ways to help if you do not have time to spare why not put one of our collection boxes in the office, at home or ask your local bar.
What the volunteers say:
"I was very young when my sister passed away 13 years ago, but I remember acutely the impact that React had on my sister. React provided Zoë with sensory toys that helped her enjoy her short life. The help we received was crucial towards the end of her life and I am proud to be fundraising for React, so that they might help another family in the same way, at such a difficult time." Ben Stone.
One Thursday morning pupils & teachers at a local nursery made the walk to school still in their pyjamas! The Headteacher, said "The day gives awareness to the work of React. We were delighted to be able support our local children's charity". The Nursery raised £320 for React.
